Day Two of Portland, Maine’s winter Comic-con was a big success; we met friendly, low-key (no big-headed arrogant ‘artistes’, just down-to-earth creative people); made good connections, and were very happy that people are really responding to the “Summer of ’74” story –

    Which is?

“The Unofficial, Unauthorized Story of How Star Wars Really Began – in Barstow, California, 1974.” 70s Vans, key parties, martial arts, confused parentage – “who’s your real father?” and more…

Also gratified that people really responded to “Official Stories,” and enjoyed having the conventional wisdom shaken up.

And – more on the way: images, a FB page, and posters, and our Kickstarter campaign with many gifts and prizes – to get to Comic-con in Sandy Eggo, California, in July 2013.
